This means that the company implements an occupational health and safety system (AMS) which is certified by the employers\u2019 liability insurance association. The AMS includes permanent striving for continuous improvement and the targeted integration of occupational health and safety into all operational processes and procedures. The following behavioural guidelines have therefore been defined on this basis:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accident prevention and health protection are core elements for ensuring performance and willingness to perform and therefore contribute significantly to our competitiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the safety and health of our staff when they are at work is a top priority.<\/li>\n<li>Occupational health and safety is an integral part of the executive management task. It is also a part of everyone\u2019s obligations to take responsibility for achieving the goals of occupational safety and health within the scope of their possibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Occupational safety and health and economic activity are not contradictory terms for our company.
